- SGSheila GarciaJun 20, 20194.0The cashier was nice. I asked what comes on the bacon mcdouble. He said 2 patties, bacon, cheese, pickles, onion, mustard and ketchup. Sounded good so I said I'll take it. I took it to go and when I opened the wrapper, I noticed a single patty and no cheese! My favorite topping is cheese so I was very disappointed! If it had cheese and only 1 patty, I wouldn't be writing this. But, come on, a mcdouble should have double of something.
