    The store manager I met this morning was extremely RUDE. I was looking for a missing catchup in my order. And I did not see any, so I went up to the counter, and no one was there (all of them are busy with something else). I took one catcup from the counter (trying not to bothering anyone), and the manger was not helping and saw me doing that, said soemthing really offensive and rude to me. I will not coming back to this store in the next couple of months (or forever). Maybe I should go to somewhere else for my breakfast from now on. They really ruined my moring with such a bad customer experience.

    They greeted me saying "Welcome to el pollo loco" I ordered a donut with a kolache and they gave me a chick fill a sandwich, then they gave me a drink from cane's then as a gift for my 67 birthday, the gift was a kid's menu which had a toy of a lafufu, overall great service best fries eveeeerrr!!!! slay queen.

    Don’t at night is the worst they take forever to make food you can be in the line for 20 minutes or longer!!! The manager is bad!!!
