    Had to wait a long time at the pay window as the customer in front of me wanted to change their entire order. When I finally got to pay I asked that my fries be fresh as I was sure my fries were cold by now. Got to pick up window and asked again for hot fries. Got a sour face and then handed cold fries. Not this location ever again.

    This is our go-to McDonald’s and most of the time, our orders have been fine. But within the last several weeks, recent orders, the food has been disappointing. From Mchicken sandwiches and nuggets that tastes like days old, microwaved chicken, mustard on burgers when specifically choosing to have none and Large fries orders packed with small fries quantity. We’re hoping this trend doesn’t continue at this location. I hate holding up the drive thru line so I don’t check the bags but it seems I’m going to have to from now on.

    Absolutely terrible i recently had made a mobile order and even tho the wait was 30 minutes i didnt mind waiting. As soon as it was my turn the guy made me repeat my order and still gave me the wrong items i heard him calling me names with his workers in Spanish and since i understand that language as well i immediately knew. He should already know that customers can understand spanish at least. He complained about giving me the wrong items as well. In the end he gave me a much smaller size and had ordered a large which could tell it was on purpose since he was mad. I would go to that McDonalds occasionally never was this bad before. Seen the guy there which is probably the manager of the place and he wasnt this rude but i guess time changes that. And the fries tasted like cold paper but oh well.

    Bad cashier and manager actitud. After placing the order the cashier asked to go back to the drive thru to ppace the orders providing rewards. After asking for a manager a lady with really bad actitud came.
