Our waitress Alicia was amazing. Her sense of humor and our conversation were nothing less of full laughter. We will definitely be back!

The restaurant was visibly short-handed, and kudos to the wait staff for working hard to keep customers happy. My waitress, Ariel, was prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. While I did notice several servers standing with management and not offering assistance—when help was clearly needed for those actively working—this did not take away from the overall experience. The food was great, the drinks were excellent, and the service we received was outstanding. I will definitely be back for the food and to be served by Ariel again.

She introduced herself as Ariel as soon as I was seated and helped me with all of my questions about the menu (which I had a lot of). She made sure my drink was full and I didn’t need anything else and at the end of my evening when I needed a box to go she packed it for me without me having to ask. It was my first time there and because of Ariel I will definitely go again!

The moment my drink was half way she brought me another. I was offered awesome suggestions on food and daily specials. I was also I informed of music bingo and ufc fights. I will continue to come back just for Ariel. If you go to brickhouse ask for Ariel!

Came by our table every ten minutes to check if we needed anything more and came by after our food came out as well to be sure it was all correct and tasted as expected. If you ever come to Brickhouse in Sugar Land make sure to ask to be seated in her section. You will not be disappointed!!
