I ate at Laundry's all weekend visiting my daughter at the University in Houston. The bartender was rude. My partner asked for a beer and she was standing there with I'm guessing he was the bar back, talking, he said guess they did hear and she turned around and said he heard. WHAT who says that, if you heard acknowledge us, we are sitting right in front of your face. This was Sunday November 9th around 4ish I'm sure she was leaving her shift, but the second bar tender relieving her was even worse. Not one word to US, not hi this is my name I'm taking over nothing!!!!!!. I asked for the internet and she gave it to US with no password what's with that!!!!!! Had to flag her down for that. She was good at serving the regulars this customer came in sat at the corner and she had his beer ready to go before he sat down, mostly like her boyfriend. The second customer went up and his wine was already being served. He sat at a table on the other side of the bar. If it wasn't for the manager who came up to help with the register we would have not gotten our second beer served. Also I had to flag the manager passing me by to order our food which I absolutely did not eat anything there , my partner needed to eat. I would never step foot there, and if the manager was smart all he has to do is look at the cameras if any. So disappointed.....They should not have Laundry's Inc. related to them.
