I was seated on the patio with one other person about two hours before closing, and there were only two other tables in the entire restaurant. My friend had arrived before me and already had a drink when I sat down and was greeted with a water. After that, our server did not return for 45 minutes. When she finally came back, she was with another server and informed us that she was leaving and that the other server would be taking over. Neither of them asked if we wanted to order food or drinks, including a refill for my friend, and they both walked away. From the patio, I could clearly see multiple servers inside standing around and talking, and they could clearly see us as well. Eventually, I had to get up to ask for the check, despite never having been given the opportunity to order anything. We were completely ignored for nearly two hours. This reflects a serious lack of professionalism and attentiveness, and I hope management addresses this, as it directly impacts the customer experience. I will not be returning
