There was a horde of people waiting for their meals who weren’t getting attention. One of our meals sat on the counter for 20-30 minutes and they only realized it was there when we were leaving. The food we DID receive was badly cooked, lukewarm, or bland. Don’t eat here.

The meal was a HIT and the restaurant took special care to make sure our kids with allergies got food that was safe for them to eat. The food was delivered on time and was delicious! Haven’t been in a while, not at all the quality of chicken I remember. Chewy and tasteless. I had to keep looking at it to make sure it was white meat. Pei Wei used to offer quality meals at reasonable prices. No more. Higher prices, much less quality. We won’t be going back.
- RSRhon SSep 21, 20253.0Havent been to Pei Wei awhile and was super happy to have their Pad Thai again. Disappointing at best. My order was correct and service was good, their pad Thai has seemed different. While I understand its not authentic, it was a good entree. Not so much any more.
