  This was one of the dirtiest & ill-equipt McDonald's that I have ever been to. The automated order screens flash your number so quick that you couldn't even see it and it refused to print a receipt. The restaurant didn't have spoons for the ice cream so you had to eat it with a fork (why serve/sell McFlurry's then?). French fries so crispy that half were just plain inedible. No napkins or ketchup that the guests had access to without going up front, waiting in line (forever) & asking for it. The tables all needed to be cleaned. Despite all of this, it was extremely busy. Like the choas of the restaurant was normal to everyone or something. Plus management didn't care what was going on in front of her own face. Please do better McDonald's, you used to be worth it.

  As soon as I walked up a Manager was smoking her disgusting cigarette walking towards the main entrance of the facility. Even put it out on a wall maybe 10ft from entering. She was working the front counter/mobile orders. As a former MCD employee are employees not required to WASH their hands anymore? Im sure thats a mandatory Food Safety. She did not go to the back to pretend to wash her hands nor go to the restroom. She stayed up front the entire time I was there when I placed my mobile order and until I received it. Older lady, full Grey hair.

  Sauce police guarding them with her life , yet the self service machines were down and they didn’t take card at the counter and the heavyset sauce chief manager was too lazy to give us our military discount !!!! shout out to Patty though she was very sweet and calming

  Our table was dirty. Floor under table dirty. I went up to the counter three times and was told help coming. I finally asked for napkins, went into bathroom, got water and cleaned e tables and a chair myself. There were 11 of us. Play area dirty and some out of control kids. Parents out in main part. Parents should be required to be in same area. They wouldn't take our gift card. Scanner broken and no one knew how to use.

  I ordered food before arriving took me about 10 minutes to get to the store I arrived approached the counter and I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes just for 1 sandwich and 1 drink. I saw my order sit on the counter for 15 minutes. I tried getting the managers attention but she just ignored me and when I finally said something told me to be patient. This place is horrible with service. They drag their feet then catch an attitude when you’re unhappy your food is cold.
