Glad to finally have a grocery store but is there not over night stocking?? We literally left because we could not get down the isles (they are too narrow) and carts blocking the path and associates, reminds me of the dollar general how it use to be. And if we did make it down one we were constantly cut off by associates so we gave up and left. I would rather drive to denton then try to constantly get around people and squeeze down an isle🙃

a grocery store that hates its customers. just remember someone green lit the width of those aisles. someone who doesnt shop at tom thumb. someone who never was an employee just trying to stock items why customers shove there way pass you.
the prices are another story entirely but not relevant to the shopping experience in my opinion.

I had pretty good experiences for the most part but since the opening of the store (which is a couple weeks ago, mind you) there have been two people that have had extremely poor customer service. The first time, my boyfriend had forgotten his hat and name tag in my car but my phone had died and I couldn’t contact him. At the time I did not know his department so I went to the deli. The manager there (I believe her name is Kathy) was extremely rude and insisted that there was no person by the name of my boyfriend’s in the store. (Not the department, she insisted the whole store). The second experience I had I was at self checkout. I was trying to buy 1 item but my boyfriend put in the wrong phone number. After waiting a little bit a lady came over to help. I believe her name was Christine and she came over and rudely asked what the issue was. My boyfriend explained that he put the wrong number in and that he tried to void it. At this point I had already tapped my card so we were just waiting for confirmation that the order went through or canceled. The lady insisted that it had been voided and that we were waiting for no reason. She told my boyfriend rudely that he needed to use the app and walked away. After that, I didn’t even scan my item again or tap my card but it went through. So had I walked off I would have paid twice for 1 item. As I said I usually don’t have issues but both of those ladies had awful attitudes and I just want to bring attention to that.

The store is clean and nice, bathrooms nice, but as others have pointed out, the aisles are narrow. (Two buggies can't pass easily). The selection of items was ok and the prices comparable to other stores in the area depending on the items. They had a huge selection of ready to eat items near the deli, but not a very large milk selection. The biggest problem I had was the older man waiting on me at the deli. (I'm older too, so not being ageist here). I know it's a new store, new employees etc, but this man had difficulty figuring out what item and what price and then applied a much higher price, said he didn't know why it was different than what the price was in the deli case, but that was just the way it was. Then he asked did i want it? Really?? So i complained at the service desk and they were very nice about it. (Apparently the guy's had issues all along).
This store is a little closer to my house than Denton but not much, I'm sure I'll shop there occasionally.

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience the day of the grand opening last Friday, they knocked it out of the ballpark. Had a blast! Today, I shopped there and had a similarly excellent experience.
NOW the problem. Upon leaving, the cart gentlemen accidentally rammed the long line of cars into my car as I pulled out. It didn't look like there was any damage, so I let him know all was good because I didn't want him to get in trouble. However, when I got home, the door was a bit stuck and creaked.
Based on my experience on Friday, I was sure they would handle it in an equally amazing manner...well...NOT SO. I waited on hold for about 10 minutes and then transferred to what they said was the manager, after telling me they would get the Store Director on the line.
The manager I spoke with, very gruffly (promise, I'm not that guy), asked me who it was. I replied that I didn't ask for his name. He asked what he looked like. I shared as much as possible. He then told me I needed to come up there and fill out a form. I said, "Sir, you haven't even apologized," to which he said, "You didn't even let me finish," AND HUNG UP. (promise, intentionally based on how angry he got.
I won't bore you with all the rest of the details, but suffice it to say, it wasn't any better with the next person. I was told the Store Director would have to call me back tomorrow without an apology. SMH. Still thankful for the new store! :)
