The only thing I didn't like about this place was the fact that I didn't know about it sooner, and that's on me. We've eaten here (and had delivery) a couple of times, and it's always been fresh, carefully and skillfully prepared, and just...so...freakin delicious. I never really did get on the pho train; I'd heard how life-changing good pho can be, how it's basically Vietnamese comfort food, so I tried it at a few places all over the country, and it was always kinda meh; like not bad, but it was basically just beef broth that you're supposed to add hoisin and sriracha to to add some oomf, but it just never justified the hype.
Until now. I took a chance on Vietnam Express, and...I GET IT NOW. This is how pho is supposed to taste! It's rich, complex, and soothing--yes, I said it: SOOTHING. We had the signature "Texas" pho, which is with smoked beef brisket, and...D*MN. Vietnam Express's pho is now my gold standard for trying it anywhere else. Everything we've tried has also been pretty amazing; the banh-mi is great, pork is perfectly seasoned, the bread is fresh and toasted to just the right amount of crunch & crumble. The bun (Vietnamese vermicelli rice noodles, protein, veggie medley) was delicious. The "Chinese" stuff is also great; sesame chicken and rangoon were both really good, portions were perfect, the price is almost insanely good for the quality you get. In-house service is fast, friendly, attentive and professional. The interior was clean and welcoming. Again, my only complaint is that I didn't find it sooner: my fault. We will be back often.

I would have given a higher rating if the price was worth how much food we got. The beef banh mi was $8 and had no mayo or pate. It was just a dry piece of bread with some grilled meat and veggies. For that price I was also expecting a bigger bread but nope. It was tiny. The pho wasn’t too bad. Flavor was there. Decent amount of meat. But honestly after seeing the banh mi my appetite was gone. There was also barely any veggies given with the pho. Lastly, the bun ga nuong was also very small. Again for the price I’m paying it was low quality. There was barely any veggies and the fish sauce was too sweet. Not very impressed with this place. Especially after seeing other reviews.

I really enjoyed coming here the people are very nice and the service was really good as well. I really like that you have the choice of sitting down to eat, pick up, and the drive through. The food feels like it is authentic, personally my favorite dish there is the shrimp pad Thai. Warning this does have peanuts. I also really like that the range in the price is from around 8 dollars to 16 dollars per person.
