- MSMike ScottoOct 31, 20251.0For as much it hurts me, this is a -1. I usued love this place espacially the Kung Pao beef. So I drove here for lunch and I order a egg roll and a Kung Pao beef. The egg roll was great but the beef, in all honesty tasted like shrimps , very unusual since i hate this many times before....so I asked the person attending what happened. She asked me if I wanted something else but I politely declined as I lost my appetite and I didn't want to take another chance. The lady was very strange to me and start give me a very strange look and asked me 'what you want from me'....Again politely I asked for a refund since I did not feel the need to take any other risk. If I don't want to replace with another plate becouse it tasted funny, I do not see many option here, maam. Again with the strange expression like, I was asking for something that she never heard before. No we walking to the counter, and she asking me to write down my phone # , last 4 digit of my card and my name, which I asked why she can just issue a normal refund and Again with the expression and no explanation. The she said will take 4 to 5 days. Wow at this point I just left since up to this point I been very polite and didn't feel like to make a scene or get in an argument. Oh well, still not sure what happened there today.
