  I’ve given this location several tries. They get the order wrong 9 out of 10 times. We almost always wait forever for basic stuff. The dining area is usually dirty so we tend to drive through. This last time we waited in the drive through for several minutes only to receive cold food and a missing burger. It’s just not worth the hassle.

  SLOWEST MCDONALDS EVER. you can go literally order one simple item and they will pull you up to a drive thru parking spot and you'll have to wait 15 mins for it. then you'll get the food and it won't even be hot 🤡

  Well ordered 2 home style burgers doubles meal was told to move to Nmbr 1 stall well waited a total of 15 minutes 1 girls thinks order was given away the other girl told my wife it’s takes longer to mke these burgers. That I know abt . I know there kids but this location needs better direction from the managers on duty. Wife saw one just standing there, u need to direct these kids call out orders when ready and find out why others are taking long. It’s being a kitchen manager also. I’m like now we’ll do we really want to go to this location 😵‍💫

  Not only is this location out of everything to drink so they offer lemonade which we said fine to they then up charge you 90 cents per lemonade. How is it my fault you guys didn’t order correctly and now you’re going to charge me for it. Then the cherry on top they charged me for my holiday pies and didn’t give the to me and then acted shocked like I didn’t order them and my husband having to go inside and show them the receipt. This is a billion dollar corporation I can’t believe you’re charging people extra for lemonade that your employees are shoving down our throat to order

  The customer service I just received from this location from a "manager Janie/ jane" was just horrible she stood there and literally argued with me to CHARGE ME for a orange juice they forgot to add to my order after I repeated it 3X ! She wanted me to get back in line when I wasn't expecting it for free I understand mistakes happen but the fact she thought it was okay to question me that way and at that I was not expecting it for free. She walked off shaking her head and then another girl came to the window Rosemary and I asked her what her name was and she told me she was not able to give me that information. I called the store and Janie /Jane answered and I asked who was just at the window and she continued to give me rosemary name as if she just didn't charge me the only reason I was able to get her name is because I said Im sorry who am I speaking to? Not once did she ask is there something I can help you with? Nothing and hung up the phone without saying anything. Overall this location is very convenient and should really consider having better customer service from "managers" .
