I told them my issue and they were super friendly and had excellent customer service, something extremely rare. They made sure everything was fresh for my inconvenience. I have not been to long john silvers in years but will drive across town to go to this one. Thank you for turning a bad experience into a positive one. Absolute 5 star service.
