Any reason why management is claiming the Pokemon vending machine is out of order when it actually works? They have carts blocking it now. There has been a lot of shady workings with management back dooring product. I would say doing this should raise concern.

The best meats, and the best products. Thank you HEB, only that my wife went shopping yesterday, and an employee chases her to ask her origin. , and we boriquas are USA citizens. 🇺🇲🇵🇷🇺🇲💯❤️

Nice store! But... Why put a regular HEB store located next to a college area, when there's a PLUS right down the road? Kinda dumb if you ask me.

I'm sure he'll be is a great place to buy groceries but if you are ever in a bind and for some reason you have to park your car on the parking lot make sure it's only for a few hours because the manager will tell you that it will be towed away in the morning.

Kicked out for loitering, even though I bought stuff. I love the convenience of the location, staff, but dislike the management. I came in to buy some hygienic product, and lunch, when I saw their Pokémon machine. I thought: Ooooo my friends like Pokemon. Let me grab them something. So I got in line. First guy buys 2 things/machine takes a 30minute nap. Oh man I hope this doesn’t take too long. I got milk, and I don’t want it to expire. 2nd guy buys something/machine goes down again. Dang. Oh here comes the management hopefully they’ll expedite this situation. Nope. Man tells me I can’t be loitering in the store. I ask him does it normally take this long to use the Pokémon machine? He says he doesn’t know anything about the machine, but I need to leave. Cause my presence is scaring away the parents and kids who want Pokémon cards. Even though if they wanted Pokémon cards too, then they would have to wait the 30 minutes it takes for the thing to process another transaction. I get there is a scalping problem with these cards, but dawg I wanted like 2 things, not the whole machine. After hearing this: the man decided to point me the direction of their other Pokémon machine. Which wasn’t even on, but it was next to the exit, so I left. Thank you Manager for embarrassing me in front of the entirety of self checkout. I thought you were gonna help us out, but instead you were rude, ignorant, and honestly (I don’t want to use this word) discriminatory. I really wanna shop at this HEB, because it’s so close, but I don’t want to experience this again. So I don’t know.
