We worked with a lady named Maria and she was amazing! Super helpful and got us a drink after. This is what good customer service looks like! She went above and beyond! Thank you!

We tried to go yesterday but were told we could not use the Cafe. Made no sense. Not sure exactly what their problem or issue. Ironically, we had been planning on using this Cafe for the last couple of months, so the very day we go there to be told its Closed is Totally Unsatisfactory. Having second thoughts about banking with Capital One.

I went today to this location and ended up in the ER. I ordered an iced matcha latte and I was drinking it while shopping then felt something hard in my mouth so of course I go to take a look and it is a shard of GLASS. I then feel as if there is some in my throat so I rush to the ER, on my way I call the store number that is listed here on google and yelp and it redirects me to the 1-800 number, when they answer they have me wait forever through an automated prompt and when I finally can get to a representative I have to explain how I was trying to call the location because I found glass in my drink then the representative goes on to tell me that I need to go in to the location and tell the manager... I don't see anywhere online how to get in contact with this location and I really did not want anyone else to get a glassy drink. We spent our night in the ER a good 5 hours and my throat and tongue are still hurting!

Nice ambiance and the baristas are really nice here. It's located inside the shops at La cantera. Parking can be a real pain because he can get crowded for the other stores. But the nice thing is if you have a Capital One or discover card you get half off drinks and I think that there's promotions for students to get discounts on drinks on certain days.
The brand ambassadors for Capital One that walk around are super friendly. What's really the great thing here is? It's a nice place to grab a coffee drink and if you do remote work or need to do school work, there's plenty of seating and plugs with good Wi-Fi and there's even private little study rooms or group meeting rooms where you can work in peace if you reserve them.
The coffee is actually really good too. They are pretty consistent and the flavors are pretty good, especially the seasonal ones. Even their ice green matcha latte is really good.
