Opening my account came with a few unexpected issues, but Fernando found an alternative solution for every single problem that came up. He went above and beyond and even stayed all the way until closing to make sure everything was fully set up for me. The atmosphere in the café is really cool, relaxed, and welcoming. The rest of the staff was also super friendly and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend stopping by; especially if you get the chance to work with Fernando!
- CNCecile NguyenNov 13, 20251.0I’m disappointed with how inconsistent this Capital One Café is when it comes to who they consider a “doctor.” I’ve seen them give drinks to medical students or physicians, but not to dental students — even though dentists are also doctors who play a critical role in overall health through oral care. Sometimes they’ll give dental students the same offer, and other times they won’t. If they’re going to promote something for “doctors,” they should at least be consistent and inclusive in their definition. Dentistry is a vital part of healthcare, and it’s frustrating to see it dismissed like this

Account holders of any Capital One product (18+ years of age or older) can reserve semi-private nooks available within almost every Café.

How do I bank at a Capital One Café?
Capital One Cafés offer a modernized, friendly approach to banking that provides a low pressure way to get support. While we don’t have traditional bank tellers in our Cafés, customers can use our self-service options to get everyday banking done., even on the weekend. Ambassadors are on hand to assist you along the way with your banking questions, and can even help you apply for an account. Capital One Checking account holders can use Café ATMs fee-free to check their balance, deposit or withdraw cash, make credit card payments and more. Come in for everyday banking–stay to enjoy a handcrafted beverage. You can also:
- Replace, reissue or activate your debit card
- Lock and unlock your debit card
- Change your debit card PIN
- Receive sign-in support
- Update account information like your address, phone number and email address
- Place or remove a stop payment on a check or ACH
- Request duplicate tax forms be mailed to you

Account holders (18+) can reserve a nook—a private workspace with tables and outlets—when they’re in the Café or from their Capital One mobile app. When in the Café, visitors can scan the QR code on the door of the nook to access the reservation portal to complete their booking. As of December 2024, account holders can make reservations in the Capital One mobile app by searching for their preferred Café, viewing the details of that Café and selecting "Reserve a Nook" to access the reservation portal.
