I really enjoy coming to this place. I stopped in today to place an order and was feeling very indecisive, even though I’ve been here before. The manager on duty was incredibly patient with me. I explained that I’m pregnant, which was part of why I was having a hard time deciding, and he took the time to recommend some really great options. I truly appreciated his patience and kindness while I made my choice. I love good customer service and hospitality like that. I’ve visited this establishment several times, and the service has always been consistently excellent.

My initial impression was to think the resturnat was just like CAVA. I created my bowl with shredded lamb, greens, curry rice, green lentils, green beans, pickled cabbage, feta dip, red onion and kidney beans. Topped the bowl off with Tzatziki and garlic Yogurt. The lamb was cooked to perfection, and perfectly seasoned. The portion was substantial. Needless to say, my initial impression was incorrect. My bowl was delicious and had no processed food. A big thank you to the person who walked me through creating my bowl. And thanks to everyone present today for creating a pleasant clean environment to eat my meal.!!!!

We ordered online, showed up at the time stated it would be ready and he hadn't even started the order. Then, after we sat and he put our order together, he missed a bowl entirely. It's a good thing to check to make sure it's right before leaving. Also, he dressed the salad, I specifically asked him not too. There were no other patrons in the place, just so you know and no meat needed to be cooked, so that wasn't the time issue. Only salads we're ordered.

Go to CAVA instead. The employee I interacted with seemed very disinterested and barely acknowledged me beyond a quick “hello.” She seemed inconvenienced that I was there and didn’t offer any help when I asked for assistance selecting items. I could have just ordered my own bowl because she provided no guidance. I also found their policy about giving back your leftovers extremely strange. When I asked for a lid to take my food with me, she refused and insisted I hand back my bowl so she could seal it in a machine. One of the menu screens was out, and there was no clear “build your own” option like other Mediterranean spots offer. On top of that, there’s a “convenience fee,” so my $12.99 bowl ended up costing $16—and it only had four items in it. I love Mediterranean food, but I’ll stick with Cava instead. Overall, awkward, frustrating, and overpriced experience.
