After getting my food I asked the young lady why they do not server at the drive thru window anymore? She rudely responded saying to speed up times, yet there was no one in front of me or behind me. Before I could even say another word she walked away while continuing to talk rudely to me. I then check my food and everything was actually cold.

They’d rather have literally 10 cars parked than just serve you like a normal drive through. Then when they bring the orders out they have NO clue who’s order is who’s and take them all car to car hunting down who has what. It’s gotten ridiculous.

I arrived at 10:33 , 3 mins after 10:30 & they refused to serve me the order. I assume if I ordered it prior it would have been made & waiting . I guess not, I had to cancel my order. I won’t be back to this location again, this is not the first time I’ve had problems here. They usually forget something or give the wrong order. So this was my final straw.
