When I call, to resolve it or get a refund, i’m met with a guy that interrupts, argues, gets aggressive and never bothers to call back, after promising to do so. So, I never get any resolution. They just don’t care. Since they don’t care about basic things like getting your service or order right, or even correcting errors, I personally wouldn’t trust them with more complicated or important things… like food safety. People who don’t care, don’t usually care about any aspect of their job … Food is fine, not amazing, but pretty decent, for the price, and I enjoyed several items on the menu. Pizza is a little “greasy” and soggy for my taste, and calling it NY style is a bit of a stretch. It’s thin and floppy, but the similarities end there. This place could be so much better if they understood how to treat the people paying their bills… the guest. So, they’ve lost our business. There are better places to go.
