I let them know I placed the order at this Round Rock location accidentally and they told me I could get a refund. Shortly after, they called me back telling me they don’t do refunds. They took $30 from me. Please be cautious when ordering from this location. They will NOT work with you to resolve issues it seems.

The sweet and sour sauce always came on the side but this time it was mixed in it. When I asked if it can be made with the sauce in the side was going to be charged again for another meal. The cashier Alex said that only the kids meal one comes in the side which I’ve always gotten the big bowl. I’ve always had good service and food but this time I wasn’t satisfied. I’m not sure if I’ll comeback here again.
