  Food was very good, but the service was terrible. With my wife and kid and completely ignored for the majority of the meal. Among other things: ordered 3 drinks, only got 2, had to go to the bar to ask for my kids drinks which was brought to the table with a lid on with no straw and when I approached the bar for a straw I was given a look as if I was being inconvenient. The food we ordered was advertised with the restaurants signature sauces. The food took well over 30 minutes and was brought without sauce with no further explanation. When I asked for sauce, I was told "just a minute" before our waitress went to take another table order and check on another table. Sauce brought 5 minutes later by another waitress. Food good, order takeout.

  This rest is a gem. Food was absolutely fantastic and the staff was friendly and helpful. Easy parking right near the center of town. We will absolutely be back

  Food was amazing and so was the staff. We tried different items ftom appetizers to entrees and all were delicious. It's not a fancy place, so it was relaxed. If we ever return to Round Rock, we will go again.

  The food is absolutely amazing! My ex mother-in-oaw was peruvian and this place brought me right back to her cooking!! The service was great...the whole place smells amazing when you walk in!

  Had the 1/2 pollo a la brasa and papa a la huancaína at Brasas Peruanas and both dishes exceeded expectations. The rotisserie chicken was outstanding - perfectly marinated with their special blend of spices, crispy skin on the outside while staying incredibly juicy and tender inside. The portion was generous and came with crispy fries, fresh salad, and their four signature sauces. The aji pollero and rocoto sauces were standouts - authentic, flavorful, and the perfect complement to the chicken. The papa a la huancaína was a great starter - the creamy yellow pepper and cheese sauce (huancaína sauce) was rich and slightly spicy with just the right balance. The boiled potatoes were cooked perfectly and soaked up that incredible sauce beautifully. It’s a classic Peruvian appetizer done exactly how it should be. Service was friendly and the food came out fresh and hot. For authentic Peruvian cuisine in Round Rock, Brasas Peruanas delivers on flavor, quality, and value. Highly recommend trying their pollo a la brasa - it’s their specialty for a reason
