The wife had a seafood and rice dish and I had the aji de gallina. We look forward to many return trips. As soon as we walked in the aroma was captivating and brought you to the heart of Lima. The staff is so warm and welcoming, and the vibes were familial. The food was delicious. We started with the ceviche limeno, and it was pure perfection..impeccably fresh fish cured in a zesty leche de tigre that danced on the palate with bright citrus and just the right kick of aji amarillo. Every bite was clean, refreshing, velvety, and beautifully balanced. We also got the adobe limeno and jalea- both were mouth watering. This place needs to have the line it deserves. Definitely come here to eat some amazing Austin/Round Rock food.
