  We ordered 3 large 1 topping pizzas. After eating a slice, my husband starts freaking out. A long piece of hair was baked inside the pizza. It was literally baked into the cheese. I’m assuming the cleanliness there is most likely in need of a health inspector. I get accidents happen, but why not wear a hair net or hair up when cooking someone’s food, that’s super disgusting. I tried to contact the store, only to never have them actually pick up the phone. So I never did get ahold of anyone. Their phone answering service is the only person you speak with and they basically just transfer you to the store, only for them not to even answer. I contacted the chat located on their website, and corporate customer service was just as helpful. They offered a “free pizza” which I declined. I don’t want to ever eat at this place again, why would you offer me a free pizza? I threw 3 pizzas away last night, no real solution, other than my $40 dollars was wasted, and Pizza Hut simply doesn’t care anymore about quality or customer service anymore.

  The lady I dealt with at the front felt the need to tell me her full day story and how she was throwing up.. I’m about to buy food from you why would you think I want to hear that? Needless to say she was seeking attention. Not to mention she was wearing sunglasses at 9pm while working. Good was not the greatest pizza was not to tasty not like usual Pizza Hut locations. Anyhow I got thrown off by the first part I mentioned. Probably best to go to the other Rockwall location

  The worst experience ever! I made an order and spent $51.00 and they can’t even get the order right!! Then I called and waited on hold for over 18mins so I hung up!! I will never order here again!!! Don’t recommend!!

  I ordered a "cupped" pepperoni pizza and received a cheese pizza. When I called to get the correct order, the employee explained that they are out of cupped pepperoni and sent me cheese instead. I asked why no one called me and asked if I wanted regular pepperoni instead, she apparently "didn't think of that." She then sent a replacement pizza through Door dash for some reason, and the dasher told me I owed them $20 in cash. I explained the situation to the dasher and tried to call the store directly, but didn't get an answer after being on hold for 10 minutes. The dasher also tried with the same results. She ended up just returning the pizza to the store.
