The kids meal fries were completely burned—rock hard, stale, and tasted like old grease. These were clearly overcooked and left sitting under a heat lamp far too long, yet still served. That is unacceptable, especially when food is ordered for children. My Spicy Deluxe sandwich was thrown together with zero care. When I opened the box, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sauce, literally everything was smashed and stuck to the packaging, not even on the sandwich. The most concerning part was the chicken filet. It was old, dark brown, and had wet, soggy grease spots. It did not look fresh or safe to eat. Serving chicken in that condition is a serious health and safety issue. This is not a simple mistake. This is poor management, lack of quality control, and negligence. Whoever is running this location should not be serving food to the public. If it wasn’t a holiday, I would have returned immediately. I will never return to this location, and I strongly recommend others avoid it altogether unless you’re comfortable risking food quality and safety.

I am confused to why this hasn't been remedied especially after reading the other comments about its slowness as I sit here trappded in the drive thru. Here's hoping the fries are at least hot and not refried.🤞🏾

Inside is nice if you're dining in, & curbside is always accurate & courteous. -The drive thru is a bit too narrow & boxed in for me, so I typically avoid it, but that's just a me thing.
