I have loved Gloria's since I was a teenager. There something so nostalgic about Gloria's for me. We did have to wait 30 minutes to be seated, but in the weekends it's expected. The food & atmosphere were superb. Our server was not so attentive. We did have a large group and it was busy, but we definitely should have had more attentive service. Our server was stressed by the volume of tables that night. I think we will visit the other locations based off of service.

Great service, Alexa took care of us. She was super attentive, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Queso fundido and churrasco were amazing. Prickly pear and espresso martini we had were great!

Server was eh never got our silverware had to wait 5 min after we got our food to flag down our server so we can get silverware out of 5 different locations I have been to in dfw this was the only bad experience my family and I ever had she hardly even acknowledged us I now understand why servers make a big difference when it comes to the dinning experience she never asked if we wanted the check just slapped it on the table without even saying a word to us kinda took us by surprise
My moms meat had 25% of the meat that was genuinely unchewable and my salmon was not that good and that is the only thing I ever eat here so kinda made me upset that the salmon had a different flavor than I am used to and this is my 5th location going to because we love Gloria’s that much not one to complain but this was definitely not the kind of quality and service we are used to I much rather make the longer drive to garland location than ever coming to this one again

One of the best Restaurants in Dallas. Absolutely delicious! This spot is a fantastic addition to the Dallas dining scene. The flavors are a perfect blend of traditional Mexican and broader Latin influences. The service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for high-quality food and a great vibe!
