Went this morning to get a caramel iced coffee and the lady hands me someone else’s coffee with cream and sugar and I go inside to have it remade and the whole time this lady is remaking the coffee , she’s complaining , saying “I gave her the right coffee” “I made the right coffee ” ,and I’m hearing this the whole time and listening to her complain. And she hands me the coffee with the rudest look on her face and says , it’s a caramel coffee , you can try it . Attitude and alll. Lady I paid for the coffee just remake it and move on. You acting like I’m inconveniencing you is crazy . This is your job, just do it right . Her attitude alone definitely makes me want to make the half hour drive to Taylor for something else for breakfast and coffee. Next time try complaining in private . Or find a different job if you’re that unhappy.
