The first time the pizza didn't have enough cheese. I figured it was my fault so I paid extra for extra cheese on my most recent order and I got the same results. What's the point of charging for extra cheese when you will make the pizza the same way?

Been here 3 times and there was always something wrong with order from no sauce but I always order extra, to giving me a thin crust pizza when I ordered a original pan. Worst Pizza Hut I have ever been too. Dry pizzas here if you like that then by all means order here. If the sauce makes the pizza for you then don’t order here. Also don’t tip until you get your order. I tipped 25% on the app and still my order wasn’t right. Ordered on 17Nov2025 at 4:15pm around. Refugio Texas has the driest Pizza Hut!
