Yesterday was the tipping point — the cheese breadsticks seemed like plain breadsticks with cheese just layered on top, and they tasted horrible. I ended up throwing them away. Even the pizza wasn’t very good this time. Really disappointed because this used to be one of my favorite spots.

Three different wing bundles from three separate orders were mixed together and combined into two orders without my consent or any communication. As a result, I had to wait while the orders were separated at the counter, which also raised hygiene concerns. This meant that someone’s order ended up with fewer wings than it should have. Overall, the service was unprofessional, and I’m very dissatisfied.
