I had a great experience at Gloria’s thanks to our server, Luis C. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He checked in at all the right times, made excellent recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal.
It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism with such a warm personality, but Luis absolutely delivered. He turned an already good meal into an outstanding dining experience.
If you’re visiting Gloria’s, definitely ask for Luis C. — you won’t be disappointed! 🙌

We really enjoy Gloria's. Beautiful location, with a nice patio (screened-in in the winter with heaters and fans for summer temperatures). Great service, managers on duty always come check on tables and ensure great service. Food is delicious and broad drinking menu. They now have new Non-alcoholic beverage (mocktails) super refreshing. We had the Watermelon 🍉 Cucumber 🥒 Refresher.
Platano Fritos, Brisket Quesadilla, and Chicken Fajita. So yummy 😋

Great atmosphere we sat in the patio to celebrate my sisters bday. Food was delicious and the drinks were great. It got slightly loud once they enclosed the patio but overall we had so much fun. The staff was really nice and friendly and gave great recommendations.

We made reservations for a party of 35, but when we arrived, the staff at the front seemed completely unaware of our booking. Instead of checking with a manager or trying to resolve the issue, they simply told us they had “just gotten there” and didn’t take any further action to confirm our reservation. This caused a lot of unnecessary confusion and frustration for our large group.
Once we were finally seated and everyone began eating, the situation got worse. After our group had only a couple of drinks each, the manager decided to cut us off from ordering shots at the bar without any clear explanation. It felt unprofessional and poorly handled, especially considering we had made a large group reservation in advance and were simply trying to celebrate responsibly. Overall, the lack of organization, communication, and customer service made for a disappointing experience.
