Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- JJJulieJan 1, 20261.0At Whataburger ordered food waited about 39 minutes until I called to see if they where going to bring over out , and Jackie said we needed to merge into next lane which they never said anything not had any cones out to make us think that we had to merge into another the other lane because there is clearly two lanes going on. This is really unacceptable letting customers wait this long without even mentioning a word to us about anything.

There was no acknowledgement saying I will right with you shortly or something like that during the waiting period. Then the car that just came in drive thru 1 got the service right away. I said hello, and no answer. I decided to go inside. The manager Chris was professional enough to handle the complain. But whoever worked in the drive thru that day needed to be trained to not ignoring the customer, and have some courtesy to the customer. I went to your store to get the food, and paid for that. It wasn’t for free anyway so treat the customer with some respect.

The #1 with extra cheese, fries, and a Sprite with light ice seriously hit the spot. I ordered, and in less than seven minutes my food was ready. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Maybe next time I’ll eat my food at the store. I noticed the store was clean, and I love that about restaurants, besides great food
