The service is very slow. I waited like 10 minutes for nothing. The steak is dry and chewy

So... this is the state of the world now. Monday night during football season. You'd think there would be a healthy crowd--not packed, necessarily, just busy enough for food and football. Ghost town. It's a little worrisome for reasons too numerous to detail in a Google review, but I will say we all get it. There is no such thing as reasonably priced steak any more. And it's a shame because this is a consistent, if not spectacular, Outback. The steaks I get at this location hit more often than they miss (happily, this evening was a hit).

I'm reminded how much I love the food here. Salmon was expertly prepared, my potato was yummy and the broccoli was crisp...super yum meal.
