Asked what they could do about my delivery fee plus the tip for the driver that never showed. They gave me 2 2 liter dr peppers. When I gave my name, I was told it would be another 7 minutes, so I sat down to wait. While waiting, I noticed an employee repeatedly touching their mouth, which made me a bit uneasy about food handling. After about 10 minutes, I went back to the counter to check, and there seemed to be some confusion about whether I had already been helped. I gave my name again, and when my order came out, I noticed it was missing the medium pizza. Staff quickly went to the back to get it, but it was thin and crispy instead of the pan crust I had ordered. I normally use the Hugo location, but I happened to be in Paris and decided to order here for convenience. Unfortunately, there was also a noticeable burnt or chemical-like smell in the restaurant, which lingered on the food and even in my car on the drive home. My kids, who are usually big Pizza Hut fans, didn’t want to eat it because they said it tasted off. I’m hoping this was just an unusual off day, but after reading other reviews, I’m concerned it may be a recurring issue. Sadly, I don't intend on ordering from this location again.
