Decided to call to let them know just in case others were like this they would know to check before selling them. Phone rang off the hook over and over, they finally answer after several calls and she tells me "that's impossible, we just got a new shipment". I tell her "well I'm holding it in my hand right now and the cap is on sideways and it is leaking; I'm just letting y'all know so y'all can check on the rest" and then she dismissively says "Ok thanks I'll look into it". She said she was the manager but I have my doubts.
