    I ordered from this McDonalds and the drive thru associate response was “What did you want?” I repeated my order with frustration due to waiting in line for already 10 mins. The drive thru associate then has the nerve to say “Ok. Chill Bruh.” Like I’m one of his little friends. They then have me pull into a mobile order spot and wait while other cars received their orders, mind you I only ordered a burger and fries. I then had to go in and get my order that was sitting the whole time. McDonalds train your employees to have better customer service skills like Chic fil A.

    Dining room wasn’t clean. Not a single table clean. Forced to order at a kiosk. 0 interaction from employees. Not busy at all but somehow I’ve had way faster kitchens at a sit down restaurant. How is this alright for a new place?

    I have not been to McDonald’s for a very long time, but I have my grandson and he want McDonald’s. But this place does not change the employees are rude. The food was cold and it tastes like it have been sitting in there for a while.

    The staff are incredibly polite and respectful but the managers are rude and completely ignore the customers They don't greet you or even smile I found them aggressive I went there today to get lunch and the manager's gaze was hostile I've never seen a McDonald's like this The employees are wonderful but the managers are aggressive? Doesn't the restaurant owner see these reviews? Doesn't he care about the customers??????

    The service is very bad. This McDonald's location is excellent, but the managers are unfriendly and rude. This morning 12/17/2025 at 9:50 AM, I went to pick up my order because the restaurant is close to my workplace, but I was shocked by the aggressive stares I received from the manager. She didn't even say "hi" or "good morning," just gave me hostile looks. Perhaps it was because of my order, and she wanted to remain undisturbed? I don't know the reason for this manager's behavior; she was Spanish.
