I was headed to work so this was inconvenient. I left and came back. It still wasn't ready. Then I watched a guy who obviously had been burned try and make it , I actually saw his fingers go into the coffee. I felt bad for him because his fingers were burned and he didn't have all his fingers. So instead of saying anything it took the coffee and left. I threw it away.

She kept asking if we were ready and kept asking "is that all" we asked to redeem one of our reward items and she told me you can't give your rewards code then give a different code to redeem. I have never had anyone say this to me and I've redeemed my stuff through the drive thru all the time. Food was not hot at all.
