This is a new Sonic, so it's very clean & up to date. The staff is also fairly new. This is my choice of Sonics in Texarkana!

This review is more or less point out how places seem to overcomplicate things. What happened to the good old days when you order a number seven it’s a combo meal with fries unless you ask for a sub. I tried to do that. I would like a number seven with the peach mango water.. And she Tells me what I like the burger or the combo. I said yes, the combo the number seven. With a really rude voice, I hear yes but would you like the combo and I say yes I said I want the combo. And then since she’s not talking clear and is obviously frustrated very easily sounds like she’s saying you have to sign so I’m waiting because I thought she was talking to the lady that was actually at the window to sign a receipt or something. And she lets me sit there for a minute or two before finally saying you still have to have a side so That’s what she was saying, not sign. So I say yeah, I would like the fries. I don’t know I thought when you ordered A combo it was a combo. I didn’t realize you have to say I want a number seven and I want to combo it. If I want just the burger, I would’ve said I want a garlic bacon cheeseburger. I mean, that’s how it’s always been but these days you can’t tell. I just don’t understand how they get so easily frustrated and have an attitude when they’re supposed to have customer service I shouldn’t have, tipped But I didn’t. This place is to have really good service. They had a manager that was always on it. And when they did mess up, he took care of it. I don’t know if he’s still here but this young lady that was working this Afternoon about 11:30 needs to check her attitude before she comes to work.
