Thank you for the quick response! When we moved to Woodforest 2 years ago this was the best McDonald. The food was great, the staff and management were amazing! NOW it’s the worse after the new owners took over. The coke machine was broken, the ice cream machine is always broken, the food is undercooked or overcooked and you have to be careful when you get sauce packs. I always get a bad sauce. Today I received a bad picante sauce and put it on my overcooked Egg McMuffin, and ruined the sandwich. The employees need training and management couldn’t care less. The owner needs to do an overhaul on this place!
