    I’d find a new place to get your pizza. I love Pizza Hut but this one has definitely gone down the tubes and the attitude is horrible.

    They no longer will let you customize an order if it's a deal they are offering so if your allergic to anything on the deal you can no longer change it to something you can eat.

    Completely disappointing. I had food delivered to my job at the Red Lion Hotel: a Chicken & Bacon Parmesan Pizza Melt, Chicken Alfredo Pasta, and Pizza Sticks. The melt showed up cold and gooey on the inside, like it never finished cooking. The pasta had a fly or gnat baked into it—absolutely disgusting. That should never happen, period. I called the store immediately. They refused to give me the general manager’s contact, but said her name is Bridget. No one followed up, no refund, no solution. Just silence. Pizza Hut, do better. This isn’t just bad service—it’s a health hazard. I won’t be ordering again unless this is addressed properly. —Mikeulyn Ruggles
