I recently placed an order and received a Halloween scratch-off coupon that said I had earned free breadsticks. However, when I went to check out, the offer didn’t appear in my order. I called the store, and the manager told me that none of the employees there eat from Pizza Hut and that she had no idea what coupon I was referring to. She showed no concern or willingness to help, and it felt like she thought I made the promotion up. Her attitude was very rude, and because of this experience, I’ll no longer be ordering from Pizza Hut.

Door dash driver, Hector, took 20 minutes to get here on a 7 minute commute after texting us several times lost bc he didn’t have the correct gps service. Tried to call to complain & no one answers the phone. We will go back to dominoes next time.
