    Lately, they got new boys for staff and they are so rude with no customer service. I always ask for extra stuff on my burgers and it’s like they think it means none because it’s never correct, just annoying when you pay for that stuff to get nothing. Mind you we go atleast 2 times a week. They were so good until the past month, the quality and customer service is horrible. We get sent to park in the parking spots to wait 10 minutes for 1 meal while there are so many boys standing around joking and playing while multiple people are at the counters waiting. Thank gosh there’s 2 McDonald’s here now.

    update: response from "the owner" is a 'cookie cutter' reply to all negative reviews on here. Those type of responses are as bad as the burger as I received. A good business starts with a good manager, one who will respond with a personal message by addressing the issue, and not a 'cut and paste', lazy effort reply. original comment: when a person orders a burger that supposed to have lettuce, tomato, pickle, and cheese, you expect what you ordered. But here, you get a piece of meat and bread, nothing else. Laziness.
