  Can’t make a chalupa for crap…. It’s always hard as a rock in the evening. But, Dayshift does it right. The lady that took my order was eating a chicken wing while ringing it up

  Really shouldn't be any stars based on our experience tonight... wont be back... Came in and ordered on the kiosk at 7:32 . We order both Taco Bell and KFC. About 5 or 6 mins later I got my KFC order but no drinks. I asked if we could go ahead and get our cups. The lady working all over the place kinda hesitated and then said ok you still are waiting on your taco bell order. I said thats fine we had drinks with that as well can I get those cups too. She gave them to me. OK, no big deal, everything is all fine still, im ok with waiting. We had 1 couple ahead of us that had placed there order before we walked in and they were still waiting. Finally the wife walked to the counter and asked where their food was. The employee working all over the place said "well we have a drive threw so we are getting those customers taken care of" ugh what!!! Are you joking!!! The wife then said oh no ma'am we have been waiting for 20 mins. So magically, said employee goes to now find her order that she now receives about 3 mins later. In the mist of waiting, the employee is all over the place dancing and on her phone doing absolutely nothing of importance. I let about another 5 or 6 mins go by before I now ask about our order. Now mind you im standing in the lobby with half my order now cold from 20 mins ago. And said employee says oh what did you have? OMG, you have to be joking now at this point on the shitty service they are giving out. In all I was there for 40 mins and still had my order messed up and the worst service ive received in a very long time.

  I finally decided to hit the drive thru here to get a favorite which I've often gotten....Nachos Bellgrande combo meal, which, of course, comes w a taco and drink. Due to travelling time, quickness of sogginess and the typical disparity of toppings to chips, I always get the chips on the side, which, btw, every other fast food Mexican restaurant has done for me multiple times over the years, but tonight, I tell the young lady I want the #5 combo meal, chops on the side, and she says "we can't do that"....um, yes, you can and you have! I asked again, could you please put the "stuff" in a box and give me....got interrupted here w another "nope, can't"...and I finished "a bag of chips"....still "no"....I absolutely do not understand this flat refusal!!! It's not hard, it CAN be done; you simply have to physically, ver ally tell the kitchen staff is all!! You already have bags of chips there for other menu items, so grab one, build the nachos as you normally would, except don't put in the chips! 🙄 Needless to say, I drove off...hungry, unsatisfied and astounded that something so simple was refused! I get it's a fast food drive thru, but still....we can't even comply with a simple customer request?! Maybe it should go back to being temporarily closed if they won't even try...smh. I will not be returning, that's for sure! Maddening....

  Place looks sketchy. My order wasn't even taken right. And the lady had no intentions of making it right. Won't be eating here again. Having worked in fast food, I understand that mistakes happen. But this lady honestly lied to me about pricing. And the wait was ridiculous. The apple pie poppers were good, but that was the only redeeming factor. I don't think it's very hard to fix a mistake once it happens, but some people only want to make the minimum effort

  Sweet tea & unsweet tea machines were "broken" (How? Aren't they usually just containers you fill?), fountain drink machine was leaking from the top, my chips were completely stale, and the employees were just kind of ambivalent and dead eyed. It seems that even when you pay for it, an average experience is too much to ask for. Careless and subpar is just kind of normal nowadays.
