The employee at the drive-thru was rude. My mistake was telling her good morning. She just glared at me. She practically tossed the bag of food & shut the window. I guess she got up in a bad mood.
Please hire people that actually care about their jobs. This kind of service makes me never want to go back again.

Literally been waiting outside for the rest of my order in drive thru 3 and they said they forgot it...my food is getting cold and it's been 25minutes

Was asked to pull forward into the drive thru waiting area. Waited for well over 10 minutes for a simple quarter pounder meal and no one came out to deliver my order..went in and all the drive thru orders were stacked on and around each other. My food was luke warm at best..You know, they always do well. However, they completely dropped the ball this time.

I've had a few incidents of slow or incorrect orders but these only seem to be getting worse. I waited over 30 minutes for a $10 order. When I went to the lobby to find out what was going on the manager got an attitude for entering the lobby even though the door was open. It turns out they had completely forgot they asked me to park and moved on to other orders.

Service was horrible charged me for an extra sandwich I didn’t get and then I go back to get the sandwich for my husband he decides to finally eat but didn’t even get the full sandwich they gave him a McRib with no onion and no bottom bun 🤬
