I wasn't trying to make a big deal, but I wanted to notify the restaurant that my order wasn't filled accurately so they could be aware & correct it on future orders. (I love their breakfast items.) When I sent a message thru the app, one of their corporate reps called, rudely told me I was wrong & they were right. I would have given the restaurant another chance, but not after the way Corporate shows no appreciation or respect for their customers. Needless to say, I will be giving future business to their competitor.

My husband and I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru, but no one answered the intercom no matter how long we waited. We eventually had to drive around to the window to get someone’s attention. When we got there, a younger lady with red hair and a nose piercing asked what we ordered, and her tone was extremely rude. After we told her it was a mobile order, she grabbed our food and practically threw it at my husband without saying a single polite word. There was no greeting, no apology, and no professionalism whatsoever. This was by far the worst customer service experience we’ve ever had at a McDonald’s!
