Planned on paying with cash so we approached the counter so we could order. The person in front of us had just finished their transaction as we walked up. The lady behind the counter saw us but walked away. Not a big deal, we figured she would be right back. We continued to stand at the counter several minutes during which she walked by twice, looked at us each time and ignored us. I asked hubby if he had his card and he did so we moved back to the ordering machines and placed our order there. It said it went through, we paid and went to sit down. About 1/2 of the tables were occupied and everything else was dirty. I found a fairly clean one and sat. I noticed that there were a lot of workers there but no one was cleaning tables. The customers were steady but it wasn't super busy and there should have been adequate staff by how many were there to handle it with no problem. After waiting for about 10 minutes and people after us getting their food I looked to see if the charge was on my bank account. It was but a couple minutes later was refunded. I have no idea why. Hubby went to the counter to see what had happened and after the lady that was tending the counter looked directly at him but did not offer in any way to help him we decided it was time to take our business elsewhere. I have never experienced this kind of service at any fast food restaurant before.
