When I sent someone to pick it up, they were told the store closed at 10:00 PM, the pizzas were never made, and that I had been contacted and refunded. While I did eventually see a refund after the fact, I received no communication whatsoever — no call, no text, no email, no notification. The first time I found out I wasn’t getting my food was when someone showed up and was turned away. A refund without communication is not customer service. If you’re closed, don’t accept online orders. If there’s a problem, notify the customer before they waste their time. This was a frustrating and poorly handled experience, especially late at night.
