placed my order at 3:28pm & literally didn’t even receive it until 3:50pm…….!!!!! mind you the store was not busy including drive thru & this was AFTER the fact i had to go up to the counter to request my meal on 3 separate occasions during the ridiculous wait time. Not only did i wait over 20 minutes for my meal but they LITERALLY made it WRONG. when i approached the counter to have it fix the worker saw me, said nothing & handed me the correct order. so she already knew they messed up the order yet wasn’t the one to come up to me as the customer to come fix my food. also had to fill my own drinks in the cafe when they should be the ones to do it. When i told the manager about my experience he just looked at me confused. This stores location is honestly a joke & makes the franchise look terrible. ridiculous experience, NEED NEW MANAGEMENT & EMPLOYEES!
