Today 1/1/26 we went to this location through the drive thru, we ordered 3 breakfast meals, that came with ABSOLUTELY NO hashbrowns what so ever. Now it’s our own fault for not checking the bags when we got the food but the matter of the deal is we got PULLED into a waiting spot for a extra 6 minutes for this order for it to still come out wrong. And we were charged FULL price for all of these damn meals. So we lost money and didn’t have the right shit. And we got an extra sandwich that we didn’t order. I called up there and there was so reasoning or compromise besides “come back another time and I can replace them”. So insane that you guys can’t insure the order is correct after pulling someone up to wait extra timing because you guys are worried about drive thru timing.. if someone is giving you money to eat at your establishment. It should always be customer satisfaction over Bullshit corporate ruling of timing.

Waiting in drive-through line for 30 min and they didn’t even get my order right. It’s not like I ordered in the speaker I ordered on the app. They took forever to get my order.
The Time this issue happened was between 12-1 am
The night staff was struggling to do their job. I know they were trying but to wait 30 min in a drive through was ridiculous…

Freezing in the lobby. No one announces when your order is ready and they put everything in to go bags. It’s like they don’t want anyone to dine in.

They’ve been slacking off ALOT they’ve gotten so many of my orders wrong and they’re just a bunch of people that don’t even care about the stuff that people order. Be better.
