  The young lady was the only one there the rest of staff had not come on yet. She opened the door, pulled down chairs and served u s and 2 other customers by herself.. The food was amazing as well..

  This place is great!! We loved the Cajun butter on our crab. It was the perfect mixture of spice and flavor. Paris was our server and she was very good. I will come back & would recommend it to friends.

  Fried food was good. I would definitely order again. Drinks were good. Music playing was nice. Seafood boil was not good. It was pre made, it was ready in 2 minutes after we ordered. Seasoning was bland. Disappointing. Oh and no red velvet waffles - ugh. Service was good, waitress was nice and helpful.

  We drove from East Texas to dine here and it was not worth the drive. The restaurant was empty only two people were dining in and they were out of Lobster which that was my reason for wanting to go there. We ordered crab legs and shrimp plates and it was not worth the price. I will not advise anyone to get the crab pieces because the crab legs were soggy soft snow crab legs and no flavor as if they were boiled in plain water and sat in cold unseasoned water for hours. The sausage tasted the same watery. The sauce was good. I ordered the seafood stuff baked potato and it fell short of our expectations as well. The batter on the fried shrimp and catfish was tasty but the cheese was like velveeta cheese slices 🥴 and very minimal lobster meat. It is safe to say we will not be going back. After seeing a few of my favorite Instagram foodies review videos of this place I am not sure if I can trust them anymore

  Krustaceans in Lewisville, Texas, is not worth your time or money. The food was overpriced and underwhelming. The service was slow and inattentive. The atmosphere was awkward since there was hardly anyone there. The bartender overcharged us for our beers and didn't know what a bottle opener looked like. Our waiter put the food down and said, "We don't have any sauce." When we asked what sauce he was referring to, he said, "I don't know, sauce?" and looked at us like we were stupid. My buddy asked what kind of fish he was being served, as he doesn't like catfish, and was given the same answer- I don't know, fish." They brought out my buddy's meal ten minutes before they brought out mine, so I had to sit there awkwardly and watch him eat. They didn't even give us utensils, so we had to seat and serve ourselves. For such high-priced food, it came out in plastic and tin dining ware. When I asked for silverware, they gave me plasticware. They didn't even have salt and pepper shakers, only those little paper sachets. Overall, a terrible dining experience.
