Honestly this place is so gross I have no idea how they are still open. I found a baby roach on my burger bun and hair in my nuggets!!! How does this happen?? Spoke to manger Freddy whom he stated he was in fact the manager and he just laughed at the situation. No apology!

Ordered the buffalo ranch mccrispy and got 0 ranch and 0 bacon. Ordered a mocha frappe and got a watery drink with huge ice chunks and pink whipped cream…? What is going on at this place?? 0% accuracy rate.

First and last time I bought a bunch of large drinks to play monopoly and once I received and had payed for them they don't have the monopoly play. Manager that Lunch time didn't make up for a refund or satisfied my order just didn't care. I'm thinking they pocket the monopoly play cups to there advantage. I wasn't alone as my coworkers order 3 large drinks a piece for the same reason and unhappy with that issue.
