Today I had to wait over 30 minutes for a simple burger while sitting in my car—no one came to help. When I finally went inside to check, the burger had been sitting there the whole time. The manager just said “sorry.” My time was wasted and I ended up with a cold burger. Some staff members can’t even communicate properly in English, which makes things worse. The kids’ playground is another disappointment—always dirty and poorly maintained. It’s a nice idea to have a play area for children, but it’s far from hygienic. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements.

Fast food is not worth it, you pay a high price for convenience and are getting smaller portions. You can get a better meal at a sitdown restaurant for the same price. People need to stop being stupid and falling victims to convenience and being candid these portions I don’t even look like the pictures of the advertise .
- RDRon DSep 13, 20251.0This is consistently the worst McDonald’s or business that I have ever been to. This review is a culmination of bad experiences. Every time I go they screw something up or take forever. It is the only place where when I’m asked if I want a receipt I say yes, because I know I’ll need it as evidence. I shouldn’t be forgotten about after being sent to a parking space to wait. I shouldn’t be given ice cream at the window then made to wait for 30 min in the parking lot for food. I shouldn’t have to argue and debate that I didn’t order 5 happy meals I ordered one quarter pounder. Every time I go I feel like an idiot for going back. I can see the arches from my yard but I usually drive to the next McDonalds for an acceptable experience but today they sucked me back in with the convenience of close proximity. And yup I left feeling like an idiot who just got back w their toxic ex for the 10th time. Skip this one and go to another location.
