- NGNatalia GalvanDec 20, 20251.0Went on my lunch break for TWO hot n spicy also got A large caramel frappe thy parked me for more than 20 minutes I get down ask for the order the employee was so unprofessional was giving attitude with her face gestures asked for my receipt I proceeded to inform her I didn’t get one she starts looking through her orders at the table and tells me she doesn’t have no order for which I got and asked for my receipt again at this point my break was over I needed to get back to work her face expressions where so unprofessional I proceeded to ask someone passing by (looked like a manager) to please help me out because I was getting no where with the employee he goes to the back n makes them gives them to the girl to hand to me with no apologies given towards such a rude experience literally had to go through all tht just for TWO HOT N SPICY

Especially, when I have to get down every employee sees you and NEVER ask if u been helped out you can be standing for 10 min and nothing they walk by and like if u are not there
- ECElvia ContrerasNov 29, 20251.0I went thru the drive thru. I asked for the strips I asked for hot mustard sauce and buffalo sauce. They charged me extra for the sauce. IT WASN’T IN THE BAG!!! I drove away made it home and no sauce. They didn’t have a lot of people It makes me mad!!
