- KVKrystal VDec 10, 20251.0I stopped here on a roadtrip to Laredo. Do not waste your time stopping in. They don't even have the integrity to make right what they did incorrectly. I was given a burger without a bottom bun in the drive thru. When I called the store to let them know, their suggestion was to drive back to their location to show them. I called corporate to advise them and they sent my complaint to a local manager. That manager emailed me today with lots of words and no actions. Apparently me not completely taking my burger out of its wrapper before I left the Drive Thru to make sure McDonalds employees did their job correctly is part of being a customer. I have not received a refund or any attempt to correct the issue.

Seems like on Tuesday they receive the truck they started closing both drive Thur lanes for a coffee so asked the lady at window if could get coffee. She looked mad and she said no that the order will not get charged.I asked her if I could speak to the shift manager she said she was. She also said she could close the drive Thur when she wanted to. I mentioned to her you have a HUGE sign that says 24 hrs. This was my favorite place for coffee now I go to the restaurant in front pay more but better service they also have a huge sign 24 hrs.
