Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated.     This Whataburger is always backed up. Partly every time you walk in the inside or look in the back there in the serving area. There is at least two to three people always just standing. I feel sorry for the cook. If you're on the clock you should be working. I'm not one of those people who are unexperienced. I work fast food and y'all are missing the whole point of fast food.

    Waited over 40 mins from the time we ordered, they moved us up to wait some more. Cars behind us got their food and drove around us. Finally had my husband go inside to check, manager asked where our food was and no one responded. It wasn’t being made. She ended up refunding us our order and didn’t charge us for the drinks. Feel so bad for the manager. Husband said she looked so defeated. Worst experience.

    It's crazy to think they changed lobby hours.Just because the morning crew didn't wanna actually get things done.And ready in time went by there.Multiple times and last few months?For the morning, crew actually locked the doors and hadn't opened them because the manager wasn't there.So I guess they didn't want open the lobby yet.And then about two weeks ago, they posted saying that they were going to change lobby hours.Just 6 a m

    I went through the drive through and had to pull up to wait for my order. Two cars behind me pulled out before me. I went inside ro check the status on my order and they said they were waiting for the fries. Come to find out they only gave me one order of fries so that wait was for nothing really. This place needs to get their shit together.

    I usually enjoy coming to this location, but today’s experience was very disappointing. I’m not sure what was going on with the staff, but it honestly felt like I was bothering them just by being there. The employees seemed to be in a bad mood, and my food was almost thrown onto the table. I have 15 years of experience working as a server, and I strongly believe that customer service should always be a priority. At the very least, a simple smile goes a long way. Here, it felt like they were being paid not to smile and to act annoyed. I ordered a #22 with sausage and was given bacon instead. The cashier was clearly in a bad mood and nearly shoved the tray toward me. If someone doesn’t enjoy working in customer service, they should consider finding something else.
