Waited for like almost a hour until I had to ask for a refund!! A lady even got there way after me ordered her pizza there & got her order before me!! I would give this place a negative ZERO!
- LPLawrence PattersonOct 20, 20251.0When returning Pizza back to the Lancaster location, GM refused to give good customer service according to the order that I made I'd ask for pan crust they didn't have it in house, so when I brought the pizza back it was told to me that I can't get you pain crust if you didn't pay for it because of the inconvenience $1.00 for pan crust I was disappointed not only in the service but the response that a general manager would give a customer for the inconvenience nobody wants to answer the phone when I called because they have one phone that's not my responsibility I am a customer I should not know what's going on but only to be served as a regular customer we need to work on this.
